PAYMENTS



Payments are collected safely and securely via PayPal.  If you would rather order offline and pay by cheque please contact sarahbrown.islay@gmail.com

POSTAGE



All items are posted out by Royal Mail and are fully insured.

RETURNS



  • Returns are acceptable within 14 days of purchase, providing the item as not been worn or damaged.

  • Where a product has been made to measure, i.e. all rings, unless faulty we are unable to offer a refund.

REPAIRS and FAULTS



  • We will repair/replace/refund items which are found to be faulty.

  • Repairs for items broken through customer wear & tear are available, prices will be agreed before work commences.

FINISHES



  • All finishes (plating/polishing/oxidising etc) are temporary, and will dull through wearing.  The rate at which finishes diminish is dependent upon wear.

  • Items where finishes dull over time fall under ‘customer wear & tear’ and are not available for return.  Refinishing is available, prices vary depending on item.

  • Chargeable repairs are to be paid for by the customer.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS



  • When jewellery is not being worn store in tissue paper, a soft cloth or jewellery pouch

  • Do not wear whilst washing up, cleaning or using chemicals

  • Chemicals contained in perfumes, deodorants, hair & beauty products may damage or discolour your jewellery

  • Gold plated items will fade over time but can be re-plated to return it to its former glory!

  • To clean plated items, gently rub with a soft cloth or clean in a mild solution of soapy water.

  • To clean silver, use a polishing cloth, mild soapy water and a soft toothbrush or a jewellery dip

  • If using a jewellery dip always follow manufacturer’s instructions.  Do not submerge jewellery containing pearls as they will get damaged.
